Our door & window canopies come complete in DIY Kit which includes brackets, awning sheet, aluminium rear & front stabilizer bars and fixing screws.
All that is required are basic tools such as drilling machine, drill bit, hammer, spirit level, tape measure and spanner.
They are very easy to install, an absolute DIY product for everyone !! |

Step by step instructions to assemble Polycarb Multiwall Awning Assembly

| 1 - Peel back protective film on both sides & fit front alum profile |
2 - Front alum profile fitted |
3 - Turn sheet upside down & fit rear alum profile |
4 - Sheet ready to fit into brackets |
 |
 |

 |
| 5 - Fit sheet into bracket, start at front |
6 - Fit sheet into bracket, start at front |
7 - Place on floor to fit top bracket |
8 - Fit top bracket, start from the front

| 9 - Sheet & brackets fitted |
10 - Tap on bracket lightly to ensure that sheet is inserted fully into brackets |
11 - Tap on bracket lightly to ensure that sheet is inserted fully into brackets |

2 - Fit front alum profile |
3 - Front alum profile fitted |
4 - Turn sheet upside down & fit gasket

| 5 - Fit rear alum profile |
6 - Place sheet on side & fit gasket |
7 - Fit bracket, start from front |
8 - Bracket fitted |

| 9 - Turn awning upside down, fit gasket & bracket as before |
10 - Ensure that sheet is properly inserted in brackets |
11 - Ensure that sheet is properly inserted in brackets |
12 - Ensure that sheet is properly inserted in brackets |
